Regional Engineer/Project Manager

Specific responsibilities include:

Building and enhancement of the relationship between Airsys and our customers & contractors by performing all responsibilities in a professional, diligent, efficient and timely manner, by maintaining and taking ownership of site-specific relationships and seeking opportunities to promote sales of Airsys products through relationships with customers and contractors.

Management of projects from initial site survey & design, through to quotation and receipt of order. Working in partnership with the project delivery team to ensure a quality installation and handover to the client.

Ensuring that the financial margins and targets set for the project are achieved.

Completing technical site surveys to tight deadlines in sufficient detail to pass to the project design team for produce full design and installation documentation without need for further site visits.

Preparation of quotations and submission in accordance with technical information provided by the customer, in line with company procedures relating to pricing, documentation and authorisation and timescales agreed with the customer.

Maintenance of all project documentation in accordance with ISO 9001-2000-based company procedures.

 

Essential Requirements:

Proven track record of sales and client management within a HVAC environment.

Highly customer focused with good communication and organisational skills with the ability to operate at all levels both internally and externally.

Technically skilled with a high level of knowledge covering all aspects of network cooling solutions design.

Good team player who demonstrates flexibility to work across a range of tasks with the enthusiasm to succeed in a rapidly changing fast paced environment.

Experience of delivering HVAC projects that fully meet the client requirements.

Be reliable when working during periods of pressure to meet specified deadlines in fast pace environment.

Enthusiastic & self-motivated with good problem solving skills

Commercially aware and IT literate with skills covering MS Word and Excel and Project management tools.

Full driving licence.

Commercial Coordinator

Commercial Coordinator

The role provides support & assistance for all areas of Sales operations & Airsys UK’s Commercial processes. The Commercial Coordinator is responsible for enacting efficient business support processes both pre & post sale. This role will interface with all functional areas within the company including Senior Management & directly with Airsys clients & business partners.

 

Specific responsibilities include:

Carrying out general office duties necessary to ensure of continuity of the day to day running of the Airsys UK office.

Working alongside the Operations team

Supervision of a client remote access system

Ownership of the company monthly KPI report

Invoicing & credit control.

Preparation of construction phase & completion documents.

Dealing with clients enquiries over the telephone and by email.

Communicating with the Airsys UK team on a daily basis.

Dealing with quotations from Contractors.

Dealing with quotations to the client

Gaining enough technical knowledge to be able to professionally deal with technical queries from our clients.

Update systems and share our project tracking system and Highlight early warning of potential delays or issues.

Communicating with our colleagues, UK & abroad.

Other projects as requested.

Technical Services Engineer

Technical Services Engineer

Specific responsibilities include:

Field service engineering: installation, repair & maintenance on Airsys supplied equipment.

Front-line technical customer support.

Participation in call out rotas.

Equipment start-up & commissioning

Training & supervision of sub-contractors.

Provision of technical reports & maintenance of all related product & project documentation in accordance with ISO 9001-2000-based company procedures.

Essential Requirements:

Good team player who demonstrates flexibility to work across a range of tasks with the enthusiasm to succeed in a rapidly changing & fast paced environment.

Be reliable when working during periods of pressure to meet specified deadlines in fast pace environment but with a strong commitment to high-quality workmanship & safety and a safe working environment

Experienced at installation, maintenance & repair of advanced HVAC & mechanical plant operations (i.e. Enthalpy Control, Free Cooling, Energy-Efficient Operation of HVAC Plant, CRAC, AHU’s etc)

Display a good working knowledge of electrical control panels (i.e. the ability to read wiring diagrams and carry out minor modifications if required)

Recognised apprenticeship & experience installing & servicing refrigeration, CRAC & AHU units (ideally with Carel Controls.)

Refrigeration CITB (J11-F Gas Cat1) with pipework and Brazing (commercial) or C&G 2079 (Level 3) or equivalent.

NVQ Electrical or equivalent / 17th Edition

Can carry out pre-commissioning of controls (i.e. point to point checks.)

Able to fault find and engineer refrigeration circuits.

Commercially aware and IT literate with skills covering MS Word and Excel

Full (& reasonably clean) driving licence.

“Clean” DBS check.
